About the School
Founded in 1898, DePaul University is a private Catholic research university. Located in Chicago, Illinois, its urban campus is 38 acres, with two locations in Lincoln Park and the Loop. Enrollment is approximately 14,000 undergraduate and 8,000 graduate students. DePaul is in the Big East Conference in the NCAA Division 1. There are also club and intramural sports on campus. Around 7% of students participate in “Greek Life” across 16 fraternities and sororities. DePaul has a Catholic Campus Ministry.
