Run with Saints is a community-building website for faithful Catholics. Only faithful Catholics who agree to the following terms during the registration process are permitted to create and maintain an account.

Users agree to provide honest and accurate information upon registering for Run With Saints and in communicating and interacting with other users, to use Run With Saints consistent with its stated purpose and in accordance with Catholic teaching, and to respect the dignity of all human beings made in the image and likeness of God.

As such, users agree not to make statements or transmit material that is unlawful, obscene, harassing, threatening, libelous, or otherwise objectionable; contact other users for the purpose of activities contrary to Catholic moral teaching; or engage in advertising, selling, or other activities that distract from the purpose of Run With Saints.

Users agree to indemnify and hold Run With Saints and all subsidiaries, partners, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to content submitted in association with Run With Saints, or due to a violation of the terms of service or of the rights of another Run With Saints user.

Run With Saints retains the right to disable accounts of users who violate the terms of use and to edit or delete user content in accordance with Catholic values and/or the purpose of the site, or for any reason and without notice. We cannot verify the completeness or accuracy of information provided by users. We own all content on the site. We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement at any time.

In-Person Meeting Safety & Disclaimer Clause

1. User Interactions and Safety
   Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other users, both online and in-person. Run with Saints does not conduct background checks, screen users, or inquire into the backgrounds of its users. Run with Saints makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of users or their compatibility with any current or future users.
2. Assumption of Risk
   You understand and agree that you use this service and meet other users at your own risk. You are advised to take reasonable precautions when interacting with other users, particularly when meeting in person.
   
3. Safety Guidelines
   To ensure your safety, you agree to follow these best practices:

   – Meet only in public, well-lit, and populated locations.

   – Inform a friend or family member of your meeting location and time.

   – Verify the identity of the person you are meeting.

   – Do not share personal financial information.

   – If you feel unsafe, terminate the interaction immediately.

4. Limitation of Liability
   In no event shall Run with Saints, its affiliates, or its partners be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of you or anyone else in connection with the use of the services, including without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, and/or any other damages resulting from communications or meetings with other users.
